Majestic Beach Resort

Studio was cramped. Only 1 person in the kitchen at one time. Once we realized that, we adjusted our routine and all was great. The balcony view was awesome! The pools and hot tubs were great and you could find a pool that was sheltered from the cool Jan winds. South facing balcony was protected from the cold northern wind of Jan 26 and was quite warm when sitting in the sun.

We had an amazing time!! This is our new favorite vacation spot!!! The view are breath taking!! We had two rooms with balconies that had amazing views. The check in process was amazing! They send you everything and there is no waiting in line to get your key. We really loved our oversized balcony that had 10 seats, a large table to eat at, and lounge chair. It was pretty amazing! Our hot water wasn’t that hot and our oven didn’t work good but we still had a superb time. The indoor heated pool was amazing too. The hallways leading to your room our open to the outdoors so if you swim in the winter months take an extra pair of clothing to the pool with you. The Resturant and Market was closed the week of Christmas and Does not open until after Christmas. You will love going there. They even have a movie theater on the property, and game room. I was even able to do insta cart with Publix for Groceries and they brought it right to my door. It was soo convenient !! You probably could do a Walmart order too. So Essentially you don’t have to go anywhere, You will love this place. The service was outstanding and the staff were sooo sweet. My truck broke down in tue parking garage and the security guard in parking garage was soo nice and brought over some jumper box for my hubby to use. He was so considerate and helpful!! We plan to come back again. We were so sad when it was time to go. This is our new favorite spot.

Third year in row. Same unit and I booked thru based on discovered availability on own. When I call into property Herb insists on a longer term rental than I wish. Saw availability and recognized the furniture so knew it wa the unit I wanted. Based on rates I was only wanting 3 weeks this year. Was shocked to see the maintenance issues of a prior year were never corrected. So when CAT knocked to check in storm damage I shared with her the issues the unit had and she corrected 90% of them in one day. She is stellar and outstanding!!!

This was our third time renting the same condo and we feel like it’s our home. We love it. All the staff are very kind and helpful. We already booked the same for next year

We have a big family of 2 adults and 7 kids. This place fit us perfectly. So much room and the view was breathtaking. The kitchen has everything we needed. We ordered our groceries from Walmart which was 2 minutes away. We had a great time really close to different arcades and food places. Indoor pool was a plus since it was cold.

The furniture the balcony was not very nice. It was old, rusting, and uncomfortable. For the amount of time we spent out there, I wish, at the very least, the chairs had cushions. Also the table rocked back and forth. Otherwise, the room was nice, clean. The bed was very comfortable!

T2 0709 was a very clean well kept condo, all the basics were covered and they were very responsive to our questions ahead of time and during the stay. Plenty of bath towels, nice starter kit of basic supplies and a bunch of rags for clean up making it easy. Washer and dryer in the unit was handy. Light and fan switches all labeled. Instructions on the thermostat and door sensors so the air wouldn’t run when any of the patio doors were open. Beds and couches were comfy (could use better pillows, they were clean but didn’t hold form). Outdoor table and chairs was nice for dining. Storage space limited in the guest bedroom suite (had 2 queen beds) and a walk-in closet but hard for 3 teens to put all the clothes out (not a big deal, we decided to keep suitcases under the beds). Only suggestion is to add blackout shades or a liner for the current shades, they were see thru so not the most private from the next condo building and hard to sleep in with so much light coming through in the mornings. Appreciated having access to the very nice gym/fitness center (we arrived on Christmas Eve so didn’t get or fob for the gym until the 26th which could’ve been communicated to us earlier) Starbucks was handy in T1 but closed at 1:00 everyday. Pools were all nice with good seating options. Access to the beach was really easy with multiple showers/feet wash stations on the way. Parking garage was straight forward, security guards were all very nice. Close to a lot of things or short drive to Pierce Park or downtown Panama City (10-15 min) Road noise could be an issue especially at night and I’m sure during a busy time it gets crazy but in December it was manageable.

We loved our stay at Majestic Beach Resort. Amazing location, facilities were so clean and well maintained, right on the beach, loved having security that was super friendly. Beach access was perfect, pool selection was wonderful. The only thing I would have liked more is to have sharp knives in the unit. It was an amazing stay!!!
